Meet Tom Ford
Tom  is a Massachusetts Attorney, who over four decades has dedicated his multiple  careers to the service of people. Starting in public service, as a first responder, he became Massachusetts State Trooper.

In time worked his way through the ranks and became the head of state police detectives for a county District Attorney. During those years he was concurrently assigned for several years to the United States Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) as a duly appointed task force officer.

Following an honorable discharge from public service he became  the CEO of his own investigative consulting firm. During this time he used his skills to become a full time Legal Investigator working exclusively for  law firms. These years became a clinic of knowledge for transactional law and civil litigation.

It seemed to Tom that the natural progression for his professional life was to become an Attorney at Law.

He earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from the Massachusetts School of Law and passed the bar exam on his first attempt. He holds graduate and undergraduate degrees in Criminal Justice Cum Laude from Anna-Maria College. He is an elected member of the Criminal Justice Honor Society and a recognized author and lecturer in a variety of related areas.

As a Attorney he entered into private practice taking his years of diverse experience and understanding to successfully and zealously protect and serve his client’s legal needs. He worked with the firm of Rousseau and Marino where he was exposed to many facets and areas of law.

Now after years as a trial lawyer, Tom has  taken his solo firm in a new direction, concentrating on counseling seniors,  individuals and organizations on the legal issues generated by their personal and business dealings.

In total contrast to his professional life - his other passion is  music, (country, blues and americana). Tom is  an accomplished guitarist , singer and songwriter who has had two bands and two albums in the 80s.  He dedicated many of  the proceeds of those  years to support the work of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN. Tom still plays out as a solo act both in New England and Florida.

In his leisure time Tom enjoys writing, traveling, boating, golf, kayaking, and hiking.  Like most folks, he believes his greatest blessings are the love of his wife, his children, and his grandchildren - without whom all the rest would not matter.
